Fitway Lifestyle employs a unique client centered approach to personal training and fitness. First we start with a thorough health and medical history questionnaire and fitness assessment. Your unique fitness program is designed based on your health and fitness level, along with your goals, needs, habits and lifestyle.
We provide you with a structured and progressive workout program that includes:
• Functional strength training of all the major muscle groups designed specifically for you. No cookie cutter workouts.
• Core work.
• Balance training.
• Coordination training.
• Stretching.
• Emphasis training ~ training with an emphasis where you want it, core, upper body, legs, balance or a specific muscle group.
• Circuit training ~ if desired.
• We bring the equipment to you, with the exception of heavy weights/machines.
• Realistic, weekly goal setting and review.
• Accountability and support.
• Reassessments.
